Order Cancellations<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Orders at SeaGadget are placed after communication and availability confirmation.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Orders may be cancelled before the product has been ordered from the supplier or processing has begun.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
If a cancellation occurs after a deposit has been paid but before the product order is placed, the deposit will be refunded.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
If the product has already been specially ordered or allocated, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to applicable costs.<\/div>\n

Product Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Due to the nature of our products (high-value, made-to-order, or custom configurations), returns are accepted only upon prior agreement.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Returns are accepted in the following cases:<\/div>\n

  • The product was delivered defective<\/li>\n
  • The product was delivered incorrectly compared to the confirmed order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    In all cases, the customer must notify SeaGadget within 48 hours of delivery.<\/div>\n

    Product Condition<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    To be eligible for return:<\/div>\n

    • The product must be in new, unused condition<\/li>\n
    • Returned with its original packaging and accessories<\/li>\n
    • Products that have been used in water or show signs of use are not eligible for return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Return Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs are covered by SeaGadget.<\/div>\n
